231 Organizational model
With Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, the principle of corporate liability was introduced into the Italian legal system for crimes committed in the interest or to the advantage of the entity by individuals who hold representative, administrative, management, or control functions within the entity, or by individuals under the supervision of any of the aforementioned parties.
Brandon Group S.r.l., in order to comply with the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/01 and its subsequent amendments, and to ensure fairness and ethical conduct in the performance of its business activities, has adopted its own Organizational and Control Model and its own Code of Ethics. The aim is, on the one hand, to raise full awareness among shareholders, directors, employees, and collaborators of the Company regarding the provisions and related consequences of Legislative Decree 231/01; and on the other hand, through the identified protocols, to prevent the commission of the offenses defined in the aforementioned decree.
In accordance with the above and in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/01, Brandon Group S.r.l. has therefore established its own single-member Supervisory Body, tasked with monitoring the functioning, effectiveness, and compliance with the Model by all its recipients. Reports to the Supervisory Body (OdV) may be submitted through the whistleblowing platform set up by the Company: an online tool for submitting reports.
